Welcome to the Arizona Usher Family

The United Church Ushers of Arizona brings church ushers together to strengthen their skills, encourage young leaders, and serve churches and communities. Since 1996, Arizona has been part of the Western Region family, sharing a commitment to faith, fellowship, and excellence in ushering.

Grow in Your Ministry

TRAIN WITH PURPOSE

Sharpen your ushering skills through the George T. Grier School of Ushering, held January–April. Arizona’s first class began in January 2001.

ENCOURAGE THE NEXT GENERATION

Education and involvement of youth and young adults are central to Arizona’s work, alongside recognition of longtime ushers.

SERVE AND STAY CONNECTED

Support church families and community outreach. Arizona participates in regional conferences and national conventions, serves in regional and national leadership, and contributes quarterly to the Helen B. Hornbuckle Doorkeeper publication.

Whether you are an usher or a ministry leader, connect with Arizona about training and participation.
